- Cancellations by User: Free if 3+ hours in advance; 50% fee within 2 hours, non-refundable within 1 hour.
- Cancellations by Classic: Full refund or alternatives if service canceled due to unforeseen issues.
- Conduct: Users must follow laws; illegal activities or damage result in service termination and charges.
